ok, need some help guys. I've never had a clutch go out on me... here's what happened. Was going down the highway, shifting from 4 to 5, but it wouldn't go in. I couldn't get it back into any gear. When I turned off the engine, it goes into any gear. I turned the engine on in 1st, and it started going forward even tho i had the clutch pedal depressed. Can you guys help me diagnose the prob?

its a b18c w/ hydro ls tranny
competition clutch iron man
competition fly

the last time i had the tranny out, it looked like the clutch pads had about .5mm left on them before the rivets. the flywheel was chewed up pretty bad too. this was about 6k miles ago. i only have about 15k miles with this clutch setup since new. i heard that these clutches don't last long if you ride the clutch to shift smooth.

any help is appreciated.
