need smaller sized O2 sensor

need smaller sized O2 sensor
running JDM 4-1's and have welded two O2 bungs on the back of pipes 1 & 2 to run my PR3 ecu properly...
problem is that one of bungs positions was a little out and this put the O2 sensor (1 wire) very close to teh black and i can assume that thre was enough play in the header to allow the O2 sensor to touch the block adn eventually crack the O2 sensor case.
this is causeign a slight surgyness at very low levels of throttle input eg highway driving.
anyways, does anyone know of a differnt (smaller) O2 sensor i could use?
it needs to be the same thread size and about and about 1in shorter
