you could do a lot of things...but depending on how much time you have to get the work done would end up being the final factor... You could take the head to a machine shop and have them do a basic valve job and bowl blend, or you could get your ecu remapped, or you could even go bolt ons and get headers or intake...however i think the only headers you will will find would be 4-1 and that would really only help with mid- high end.
