skunk2 everything for the head Stage2 would be my cam recommendation, as long as you upgrade the valvetrain. Skunk2 again.

Go with portflow valvetrain if you got the bling bling.

ITR & CTR exhaust cams are the same. The CTR intake cam has 3 degrees more duration. Not much difference, but the intake cams are different. For springs I'd say move your intake springs to the exhaust side and pick up ITR intake springs.

Crower 403's, I had Skunk stage 2's first, great if you up the compression on the car, but if you are runnin stock compression pistons, dont do it. Just got rid of my JUN III cams lack mid-range power. but great after Vtec crossovers, thats with 12:5.1 compression, 66 mm TB, skunk2 intake. Crower 403s just put em, in didnt even tune yet, and they already feel better than the JUNs. Mid-range is great, (even with the Victor x manifold), vtec crossover feels just as good as Juns.

Crower 63403s are great cams at a great price. I'll second that one, but they too benefit from more compression. They have an ABDC of 46 degrees which is far less costly in compression than the skunk2 stg2s but still drops your dynamic compression. Takes some time to tune them, but I've certainly been happy with them since I put them in nearly 2 years ago.
