My Canadian 97 civic hatch does not have a ELD unit. I recently swapped the engine and I am throwing a CEL for the ELD. I have a new under hood fuse box with the ELD uint, but when I took my old fuse box out I realized that I do not have the plug that goes to the ELD uint.

I'm not too worried about finding a plug for the ELD, but I have no idea where to run the wires for it. I've searched and found that one wire I need to run goes to pin D16 on the ECU harness. Were do the other two wires go?

pinouts or diagrams would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I'm in Cali and I'm trying to get BAR'd, so using a jumper or jdm ecu won't work.
