b-series itr: tps what should the voltage read at closed throttle and what shoul it read at open throttle
also on the throttle reading on the v-afc it read 0.0 at closed and 40.4 at open is this correct

I believe it should be .45v at closed and 4.5(or slightly more) at WOT. This is for a D-series, but I am fairly certain they are the same.
