Default Need help with Timing

I have a gsr engine and i got the head milled .20 over 3 angle valve job and intake manifold was port and polished to match. I did gsr base timing and it idols horrible like at 500 rpm and spark plugs keep getting fouled up Pleaser Help........

I havent messed with anythihng else but its running really rich theirs like straight black smoke coming out my exhaust ... should i try advancing the timing more b/c when i let of the gas rpms drop below 500 and the battery light pops up for a quick sec

that's when the adjustable cams comes in.

adjustable cam gears. you can advance the intake gear to help timing advance issues because head was milled,,,there is a formula out there somewere,,,
