Default need help throwing E MANAGE in the bin

ive got an emanage at the moment but its being replaced by hondata s300 but my local butchers otherwise known as v-specperformance wired the e manage in with out any harness so its a bit of a mess
wat i need to know is if i cut the wire from the emanage will my stock ecu work as normal cause at the moment if the e manage is unpluged the stock ecu doesnt take over and if it aint as simple as cutting all the e manage wires wat do i need to do

the car is turboed and i know that the stock ecu aint no good for boost but will it be ok to drive it off boost just to and from the mot center etc and wll i have emissions problems doing this

nobody on here has any idea of how that shop actually hooked up the emanage. if your car runs, drive it to a shop that doesn't suck and let them deal with it. if it doesn't run, get it towed there.

Gosh. I wired an e-manage WITH the harnesses and thought I had a bird's nest of wires; I can't imagine what it would look like without that.

I'd def. take it back to your local butcher and have them un-do it for you.
