Hey guys, i need some help diagnosing an issue. Back story to this, the car floods when it rains. A little less than an inch on the floorboards. Fast forward to now, the car sat for a good 3 days and before that it was running fine. The car wouldn't start so I checked all the fuses and nothing was blown. When i turn the key to the 2nd position the fuel pump doesn't turn on(1/20 chances that it will). Also the main relay starts making this weird buzzing noise every few seconds(not constantly). All lights turn on fine also.

What I've done so far:

- new p2e ecu
- new battery with ground cable

Reason why I got a new p2e ecu is because the water corroded the furthest plug and some wires came off of the plug. I rewired a new plug and made sure everything is where it's suppose to be. I have 3 extra wires from the plug that goes no where and i'm not sure why.

Another thing is that when I try to start the car, the radiator fan turns on.
