Ok, I have removed the GSR manifold and the black canister thing under it. There is a round vacuum thingy on the right side of the stock manifold, do I have to move that over to the Skunk2 manifold?

Do I really need the ITR TB cable bracket, or can I reuse the one from the GSR TB. I will be using a bored out B16 TB. Can I use the B16 TB sensors without any problems?

 

No, that is the secondary activation unit.

If you're using the GSR t-body, you can reuse the GSR throttle cable and linkage.

If you're using anything else, yes, you need the ITR throttle cable bracket, and LS or ITR throttle cable.
