Default need help with routing catch can

I got a 98 ek sedan with a b18b1. The guy says he has the pcv deleted, There is a bolt in the valve cover where the pcv used to be. And on the back of the block he has ran an oil line from one side of the oil filter to the other side. I bought a cheap catch can off ebay but i need help routing the hoses. I dont want to hook it back up to the intake manifold. Is there a way to route the can only to the block? Please help, also car is smoking like a kettle

Probably smoking because the engine sounds like its all sealed up with no way to breathe and realease blow by gasses/fumes. Why do you want to actually run a catch can vs oem setup?

Any outlet from the engine into the can and the outlet of the can can just vent to air ...
