I have a 2000 civic with d16 motor and auto tranny

I want to keep it as much as stock as I can before i do a total swope out

My question is what can I do to it to get the max power out of it,I have already placed and intake exhaust on it and replace factory exhaust with after market exhaust I installed a speed chip also is their anything else I can do to the Motor or Tranny to get the max horse power this is my first civic I am doing like this,And if i do need to do a total swope out what type motor and tranny should I be looking for....Remember this is and auto tranny....

 

"speed chips" are not worth the money, they are trash
