my ecu is throwing code 5

Code 5 is your MAP (Manifold Air Pressure) sensor.
Check the connection going to it and see if there is any fried wires or anything. I have never come across a bad MAP sensor before so I cant help you much more than that.

Broken or loose vaccum line will do it. I had the same code a few days ago and the steel "spider web" on the back of the IM near the firewall was broken at the weld. I just ran a temp piece of vac hose until I get a new one.
