Need Help, No Fuel
D to B Swap on 98 civic hatchy
Base model hatchy with y7 pre-cat from fact
B16 was a bit of a hybrid unit
OBD2 bottom end
OBD1 head
Used a Y8 Harness from an EL (canadian civic sedan sold under acura)
Using an obd2 del sol ECU for a factory B16 - P30 unit
Problem - fuel injectors do NOTHING. No ground pulsing from ECU
Continuity from injectors to ECU plug. Checked - A-OK
Fuel Pressure was A-OK
Pulsed injectors manually- A-OK
Wondering if ECU was buggerd so I used an OBD2 to 1 harness and then an OBD1 P30 del sol ecu that I KNOW works. still same issue.
SO, what does the ECU look at to trigger the injectors, the crank sensor or something else?
The bottom end of the B16 is obd2 and has a crank pos sensor on the oil pump that is plugged into the harness.
I am using a xenocron dizzy conversion harness to use an obd1 dizzy.
Where do I go from here. I am a little stumped here and I need this thing running so I can go home!!!!
Thanks in advance.
