Default Need help with my tuning...

hi guys!!
im just wondering what causes this...
i've recently rebuilt my JDM B18C engine with the spec like this:
Head:
JDM B18C P&P
Skunk2 IM
Mugen Header
Supertech valvetrain kit inc high comp flat face valves
Jun stage 3 cams
Skunk2 camgear

Block:
JDM B18C cleaned
.25 over bore ITR pistons
ITR conrods
Stock crankshaft micropolished
OEM 3 layer H/G
P72 baffled sump

The car has been tuned with Hondata S200 with a guy that's experienced in building and tuning fast drag cars down here in NZ. He's done lots of S300, but he said he's only done few of S200, and he's just not familiar with it.
but he did try it out, and came out pretty **** to me.
So here's the problem...
as a start, during cold, when i crank the engine up, it sounded like i've got no compression at all. i need to play around with the throttle, then it would start.
however, after it starts, it goes fine and hard!! BUT......... after the engine's hot, and say for example i went and stop for a gas, pump it up, pay for it, and get back to the car, try to start it up...... IT's just doesnt wannaa start at all!! sounded the same, but crank after crank after crank, and it's just doesnt wanna start!!
I've found out after a while (like few hours) that i have to wait until the engine is cool down til i can start the engine again.
So anyhow, i took it back to the tuner and i said that i wasnt happy with it. He fucked around with my laptop for awhile, told me to drive the car, and come back, turn it off, and wait till 15 min then try to start it up. He did it for a few times and then he said that he tuned it so the car would make such a good power at the top, but i need to compensate the lower end and drivability.
It's just doesnt make any sense!!!!! any sadly, no one in NZ that i can really trust having such a good reputation in tuning Hondata to tune my car!! if anyone can help me what can i do, it'll GREATLY appreciate it, guys!!!
i can tell you what direction he adjusted the cams, but it's dark outside now and also COLD!! i'll check it out tomorrow.....

THANKS HEAPS!@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the car with good tuning shouldn't have any starting problems hot or cold, unless he messed up your cold startup fuel adjustment or your cranking trim. try to get another chip and get it burn with a stock p72 on it to see if it still happens, if not, its going to be in the starting problem somewhere , start with the basics, spark, fuel, compression, etc..

good luck....
