Need help on lsd
I just bought a gsr tranny from a guy and it has a kaaz lsd that needs to be rebuilt. Where can I send it to get it rebuilt and will it be worth it or should I just get a quaife. I am in Atlanta. I heard that the kaaz works better that the quiafe but is a pain to break in and has to be rebuilt every once and a while but the quaife has a lifetime warranty and does not break. I need something that will last, this is my 4th tranny. I have been using a stock diff with a phantom grip. The diff broke all three times and one of the main reason is that I have major wheel hop. I will correct the wheel hop problem with a z-10 traction bar. I am boosted with 260 whp and 195 lbs of torque. I need to heard some opinions from some of yall.
Also while my car is down is it better to let the motor sit up with oil in it or drain it. The car will be down for about 3 months.

before you do ANYTHING, learn to drive.
NO tranny is gonna withstand the shock forces incured with wheelhop.
I didn't have a LSD when I went 13.2 in my SOHC.

I already stated that I was getting the z-10 traction bar to solve the wheel hop problem. I was getting wheel hop on street tires and slicks. Wheel hop has nothing to do with driving skills.

The Jim Fab unit was built using my ideas to change the pivot point, but Jim never discussed this with me, and built it on his own. I didn't tell him the whole story, and well, good luck with his bar.
