swapped a JDM d15b into my 96 hatch.We used my stock engine harness and a obd2 to obd1 jumper harness running the original po8 ecu.The car starts no problem and idles fine. But it only wants to rev to 3000 rpm. We checked evrything, all the connections, timming, plugs, wiring etccc, fuel preasure, pump filter different ecu ......SAME **** WTF. The only code now is a code 20 eletrical load detector. We come to the cunclusion it has to be the jumper harness.
COuld the jumper harness be the problem?

BTW: The po8 works fine, we tried it in 2 other civics.

Please help car has been in the shop for 2 weeks.
