Need help! integra bog down!!
Feeling like im never gonna get it fix so need y'all help! My 96 integra LS seems to bog randomly at time to the point were the car dies while im driving and then it has trouble starting back up after it dies. When it bogs rpm jumps drops to zero, no throttle response in drive or neutral and then motor just shuts off. Transmission also just downshift by itself when it starts to bog also idk what it could be? Any help would be helpful.
Note:
- automatic transmission
- new dizzy, spark plug wire n spark plug, new main relay
- fuel pump check and still works, new fuel filter
- all grounds been check and clean
- after I change out the gas tank due to the old one leaking, then few weeks down the road it started to happen but don't think its b/c of that IMO unless the new gas tank I got has a bad sending unit?
- No CEL

Had exact problem with my integra recently. I got new dizzy also and didn't fix problem. Then I replaced the ignition coil and main relay and problem solved. Also check your throttle stop screw. Its on the bottom of your throttle body under the throttle and it holds it barely open just a hair at closed throttle so the throttle plate doesn't stick closed on the throttle body. Also check tps with volt meter on red wire with + and battery ground with - and it should be between .45 and .48 volts closed throttle and 4.5 volts wide open throttle. Check all this and lmk if it works for you.
