I have a 98 honda civic dx with a header, and a haiymie(spelled wrong) cat back exuast. I keep hearing a rattle noise from the engine when the engine is winding down and a squak. any ideas?

 

if its just a metal rattling sound that is quite common. alot of times its the heat shield on the cat rusting out but i/we would really need to hear it ourselves to be able to tell you more accuratly. maybe someone else has some ideas / explanations.
