Default Need Help on determining if coilovers are blown

Hey whats up guys. I need your help. My coilover (the full body type and not sleeves) seems kinda soft in the front. They are not dampening adj. I don't know if they are blown or not. When I take turns it seems to be holding up okay, but when I drive around, the front "feels" like its not as stiff as the rears. Can anyone tell me how to tell if coilovers needs to be replaced or not? Thanks in advance.

It's hard to tell without taking the shock out of the car. Is there oil on the shock body? Is it making a clunking noise or squeeking noise? On cars with a stiff suspension, the rear will bouce around. The rear does most of the dampening as far as ride quality. This is one of the reasons a lot of stock cars come with linear front spring rates and progressive rear springs.
