Default need help with compression

I have a 97 integra gsr with 80k on it. My car has been running sluggish for a while now even after a tuneup so I did a comp test about a week ago. the numbers were 205 210 170 205. Did #2 twice to verify its not an error. Did the wet test by puring in some oil on that cylinder, compression jumped to 240 ish. So i figure ok there is my problem. The car eats oil about a quart and a half every 3k but no visible smoke out the exhaust. Nothing on startup so I was thinking its the rings not the valve seals. I thought possibly burnt valve but the car was never overreved. Just did valve adjustment and full tuneup the week before, plugs wires cap rotor fuel filter. Valve adjustment was done on a cold motor after letting the car sit overnight. I have an appointment for a leakdown next week at a shop, but i figured i would check compression again today since i was bored
Drive around for a while to warm up the motor, go back home and have a friend help me. Used the same gauge. Cranked 5 times wot as before. Compression numbers 205 210 205 205. We are like wtf?? Did the test again, same numbers. Figured maybe the motor was not fully warm. Put everything back together, drive around some more, come back, do the test again, same numbers. #2 seems to have magically fixed itself. Did wet test on all 4 all 4 went up to the same numberr even all around. And the best part is the car is still sluggish. I have no clue wtf is going on. I figure the leakdown will tell me more but im curious what the experts here think

If you run mobil 1 you cant see it burning, and you know your using oil, so I think it's the rings. Do you regularly not warm the car up before driving????? And then beat on it. If so it's very possible it's the rings. But as far as it being sluggish, I don't think it's the rings. My brothers Accord had 150,000 miles and it used alot of oil but still ran strong. I would do a real extensive inspection of the car, check everything, volts, wires, distributor, cap & rotor, sensors, coolant and anything else you can think of. Once you've done thins if you still think the car runs poorly, then I would think about more costly work.

I got the car about 5k ago. Not sure what the previous owner used but Im running dino castrol gtx 10-40 per the recommendations of others here on h-t and my friends. I let the car warm up usually about a 30 sec to a minute after startup, dont take it above 3500 until fully warm and never wot until then. Other than that i drive it like it should be driven
The thing that really has me dumb founded more than anything else is the compression. How can it be so low one week and be normal the next I thought it was the rings since the comp test was low on #2. But now its fine???
Im positive I did the test correctly both times.
I just did a tuneup, coolant is fine, not eating any, no oil in it, new air filter, no cel's..... damn hondas
