Default need help cleanin cams

i just got some crower 404 cams and they have some surface rust on them. i was wondering wat the best way to clean them would be. i was gonna take them to a machine shop if i had to. i was wondering if there was a easier or cheaper way.

i figured that. i was tryin to see wat worked best. wat type of cleaner i could use other than some wd40
