need help bad!
okay my car is ****ed and idk what's wrong with it. i have a bubble with a b18c1 in it. i was cruising with a couple of friends last night. one friend tried to pass me and i dropped a shift to hit vtec and right after i hit vtec i heard all this rattling around the side of my car and something shot out from under my wheel well (all my friends claimed to see sparks shooting from my car and something fly out from under my car). my battery light went on and i smelt something burning so i pulled over at the nearest exit. popped my hood and my power-steering belt came off and my alternator belt had snapped. i decided that i'd try to drive it home (didnt want to risk a tow truck ****ing up my car). i checked my oil and decided to drive off(oil was fine). i pulled out of my spot and didn't even make it half way through the parking lot that i was in before my car just died. my oil light came on and it just died. it would no longer start or anything.
p.s. right when i hit vtec i did hit a little bump but i'm not sure if that makes a difference. my friends think i might have dented my oil pan on the bump but that wouldn't explain all my belts snapped and why something shot out of my wheel well.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP..i just spent all of my money on this motor and now it's ****ed..

Well if your alternator belt snapped, you alternator isn't producing any power which is why your car won't start. You need those belts. It would also explain the battery light...

Re: need help bad!
Well pray you didnt do what I did. I have four hundred on the rebuild and My car just died coming off the highway. (oil light came on and everything). Towed car home and started deducting things one by one, found out I spun the #2 rod bearing. Now I have to spend a heap of money, My eagle rods have to be cut and bored and my new crank got sent out today (getting all the works done to it).
