need help bad

my motor won't start. just got new battery n starter. y won't it start up? n where the heck is the starter rely is at anyway? there is elect. coming to the car i can open my window n sun roof.

When you try does it click when you try to start it? If not try replacing your main relay. If it clicks or trys to crank but does very slowly look check your battery.
