NEED HELP ASAP!!!
That is a tough one, as you have already singled out the number one cause of no spark. (dizzy)
Have you checked the plugs? How do you know there is no spark, a timing light, or physically checking the plugs?

So you are basically saying your secondary voltage works, but the plugs themselves have not been checked. By saying you "just got the car done" do you mean you had never ran it before, or you were just reworking some things before a big day, and it has ran fine before?
I would check the plugs for correct gap and then actually check them for spark outside of the combustion chamber.

its a fresh rebuild.. and everything went back the same way as it came out.. thats why i cant figure it out.. checked all my wiring multiple times... it has power going into the distributor from the harness but for some reason it still wont get no spark..
