Default NEED HELP ASAP

I just finished an oil change and now my car idles crazy!! it fluctuates between 1500 rpm and 2000 rpm. all the while, my oil pressure gauge fluctuates between 70 psi and 55 psi at idle!! also, the A/F gauge goes from rich to lean. its almost like if ur milking the gas then letting go.
some key info: i connected my oil pressure gauge to my golden eagle sandwich plate this oil change. this is the first time also, that i switched from full synthetic mobil 1 to part synthetic castrol. before this oil change, my idle was always at ~2k rpm but thats because im having some other problems. so can someone please tell me whats wrong with my car??

sure you didn't overfill it? the engine doesn't use the oil pressure sensor for anything, just to activate the idiot light, just so you know. also, any type of motor oil can be mixed with any other and it will be alright. not the best type maybe, but it won't hurt anything. switching types or blends or weights of oil would not do this sort of thing. maybe you filled it so high that the crank throws are hitting to many oil particles or something. just a thought, not a very good one though.
