i dropped a 96 ls integra motor into my 96 dx civic and i used the dx harness and i also put a jumper to convert it to a obd1 from obd2 and put a p75 ecu and my car doesnt want to rev past 1500 rpm im stumped some1 please help

 

your car is in limp mode !! the way I go rid of it was to use a chiped p28 with crome and turn all the o2 s off and knock sensor! make sure the o2 is hooked up !!!!!!!
