Laquer(sp) thinner is the stuff you use to clean paint brushes and things like that. It's basically a mean-*** solvent. You can pick it up at Home Depot, Lowes, or whatever hardware stores that are available in your area.
Just pull your injectors off the engine and soak them in the stuff for a few hours, then let them dry completely, reinstall on your motor and you're good to go.

i used degreaser on mine took like 30 seconds of my time to clean them then i just reinstalled them after i washed them off with hiot water and a tooth brush( i used very little hot water)
so just get a bucket with paint thinner and leave them there for a few hours?
does that damage the injectors?

There are injector cleaning kits that are about 40$. I think beck-arnley makes some... look around, maybe ask your local autoparts store.
get some laquior(sp?) thinner and let them sit in it over night then let me sry for a day, worked great for me!!
Oh yeah, injectors. You could send them to RC and get them blueprinted for $25 a piece and shipping. Thats what I am going to do. I just bought a new set. I figure after 100k+ miles even if they are cleaned there has got to be some wear.
if you are really concerned about it send them to rc engineering in california for 75 bucks they will blueprint and balance them with a sheet showing before and after results

...well till Autozone starts stocking it I'm sticking with the Laquer Thinner
the thing is that i ant to clean my friends motors injectors and see if it will restore some horses but he wont send them to rc so im going to now get that laquer thinner and leave the injectors in their to see if it makes a diffrence
The best way to really clean injectors is to pulse them while circulating a cleaning solution through them, which usually is non-flamable. Dipping them in thinner or anything else will only clean the outside and possibly damage the plastic parts of the injectors.
The second best way is to run Chevron's Techron in the fuel tank.
Overall, unless your local filling stations are really bad, the injectors are quite well designed and built, and therefore rarely need a serious cleaning.
