Default Need clutch/trans help quick.

I'm at work right now (nobdoy else here, Chevy dealership) and just pulled my trans. D16Y8 trans, SRR 4.71 FD machined for cable and hydro, Action 1MD clutch put in last May or June, Omni CMC, new Honda slave cylinder (just put on today, less than 4 miles on it).

For about two weeks now it's been giving me problems. Hard to get into gears. Bled it and didn't help. A week ago it got real bad. I have to force it into 1/2 and sometimes 5. Most of the time it won't go into 1. With clutch all the way in, in 1/2 it will roll foward. I replace the slave cylinder with a new OEM piece today since I wasn't getting full travel of the clutch fork. Bled the hell out of it, no air at all in the line. Helped a little bit, but still have the same problems (it took away the 3/4 grind that had developed this week). Still not getting full travel. When the slave is full out, the clutch isn't even half enaged. So I pulled the trans thinking it was the pressure plate. Clutch and plate look fine, clutch still has a few thousand left in it, no wear on the plate, plate fingers look fine and are all even at the tips. Nothing is leaking from the CMC (installed late October 05). I have my stock clutch and plate here to put in, but I'm wondering if I should go ahead and tear the trans down to see if its something internal. I have my moms car to drive home since I don't have my trans tools here to tear it down, check clearances, and reassemble.

Any ideas what it might be? Even though the pressure plate looks fine could the fingers fatigued, or bent inward? CMC shot even though its not leaking?
