My handbreak feels stiff

My handbrakes feels stiff HEEELPPPP!!!!
Yesterday i fell into a mud ditch and a tow truck pulled out my car....now my hand break is a little stiff can any mechanics give me any help...?

Crawl underneath & take a look. I can think of a couple possibilities...
Handbrake cable kinked from -uhm- scraping on the ground.
Handbrake mechanism (lever on the rear caliper) bent or packed with mud.

OK now we're talking about vibrations...
Bent rim.
Damaged tire.
Mud stuck inside of rim.
Mud stuck between brake rotor & splash plate.
Bent axle??
Plastic inner-fenders torn or loose.
Anything else broken loose under there?
How about bent lower control arms? Screw up alignment rather than vibration.
