My h22a1 need help..

My car is making a clicking sound and engine hardly will run I have a video of it if someone wants to help me .. Thanks!

here's the easy answer you were looking for bro. just put two bottles of ATF fluid in with your oil and drive at wide open throttle for about two minutes, it'll get rid of all that soft metal between your rods and crankshaft.
