Default Is my cat defective?

I got my carsound high flow cat used installed about mid january. I noticed that every 210 (aproximately) miles, i get a check engine light. Its a code 67. Someone the board told me to just reset my ecu and it would fix it. Well....i've done it like 4 times and i'm beginnning to think my ecu is defective. Or is it my o2 sensor? Or can it be because my obd 2 ecu isn't liking the change in air flow?

It's probably because your car is OBDII, have you checked for CEL #s? And no, your car is not defective
