make sure u pull the hose going to the fuel rail to check and see if any gas is being sent before you go buy that fuel pump.

Ok Big update ...the car runs great for 10-15mins till it warms up and it dies out...and won't start back up for arounf 10mins...what can be the problem? can this still be a bad pump or regulator?

lmk!

if the motor runs like complete crap, it might be a head gasket

well you got a problem somwhere down the line...

Is the engine getting fuel from the fuel pump?

Is that fuel at the correct pressure?

Are all of your sensors working correctly?

Any CEL's?

I know nothing about Mitsubishis but it sounds like the engine temperature sensor is messed up. Acts like the ECU thinks it's cold, even after it warms up. Once it warms up it's too rich to stay running.
