Default are my bearings bad??acl's

started my car up in the morning and heard a rod bearing knock sound coming from the middle section of the block. the clicking sound seem to be more in the back of the block underneath the intake man. here are some pictures of rod 2 and 3 caps w/ acl bearings. just wondering if this was causing the noise. also found the rods and main bearings looking the same as these also.

im no expert but look at the top of the 2nd bearing in paticular...

and up & down that one looks like it was touching the crank

galling?

actually looks like a hair or some other foreign stuff embedded in the bearing material. (the bearing on the right in the pic)

the block was plastigauge to specs

Those look like heat check marks. Not enough oil volume or too tight a clearance. Probably the later.
