Default Multiple CELL CODEs after replace O2 sensor WB

Hi mates, I just replaced my OEM stock O2 sensor and installed the AEM UEGO one. So I spliced the 0-5v wthie cable in the D14 pin of the ecu to use the UEGO as my stcok sensor. I have the ecu chipped and the O2 hetar disabled, but today I get the next cell codes:

1, 2, 20 y 45

1 and 2 Is related to the O2 sensor but I dnt know why.
the 20 (ELD) I guess it is because the imput voltage is now 0-5v and the ecu only admit up to 0-3.7v
and 45 is related with fuel too much rich or lean, but my UEGO gauge is showing between 15-17, and +18 on idle.

Is there any othe splice, trick or whatelse that I forgot to do whe replaced the 02 sensor??

Thanks.
