I have a b18c5 with crower springs/retainers with the stock type R valves.. and skunk2 stage 3 came... my freind has the same motor but he says he has a mugen valvetrain / cams too i believe .. will i be able to compete with him???

 

Sounds like yous friend is full of ****, Mugen makes B-series valve springs that is all, no retainers and no cams.
