mugen motor mount question...

Just wanting to hear some opions from ppl that have used mugen motor mounts in the past. Not 100% sure i want to move up to es motor mount inserts due to the vibes. Any info would be great !

I had a set of Mugen mounts in a 95 Integra GSR and they did have some noticeable vibration over stock mounts. Not too drastic though. They held up well for many years of track use.
