last year i was able to get my ls swap running in my civic, and after getting it running it sounded like it had a big set of cams inside. I'm not really sure what was done to the engine before i was able to get it to run. I do know my friend and i made a good attempt to time the engine.

Take off the dizzy and look at the end of the intake came, most aftermartket cams are marked on intake cam end

 

thanks ill check it out. i just wasn't sure if we had the timing off real bad lol. it was my first time timing a b series, there is also a few vacuum leaks in this video. ill look for a ls vacuum diagram here soon too that may help, rite now the engine is out of the car.
