Default MSD Ignition w/ Engine Management

What are the pros and cons of running an aftermartket ignition system with engine managment like AEM or Hondata. This has been a debate of mine because some people say you don't need MSD with engine management and some say you do. I would like to hear from the the people with hands on/tuning experience.

I forget what the D is but, MS is Multiple Sparks. You are getting more sparks per stroke for a more complete burn. You wont be able to get this out of your stock ignition system. MSD can also add user adjustable FTL, great for non-user adjustable managment systems like Neptune.
