i have a msd sci 6300 model and it does not have a built in rev limiter like the sci-l can i hook up a 2 step two it or not. If so do i just buy the module or what do i do to hook this thing up.

If your SCI didn't come with the built in limiter, then your gonna have to do some adding on.

I read this in another post but no info on how to make it work
