Default MPH change after rims

Heyyyyyyyy, quick question and I did a search:

is there a calculator thing or someway to figure out how many mph my car will be off after i put a set of rims on it? I know it will change because i am getting a bigger tire, but i just want to know how much...thanks in advance,

Well not necessarily, if you choose the proper tire with your rim you won't have a problem.

Here is the calculator. http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
