Motul?

Getting new pads/rotors installed very soon, should i switch to motul brake fluid or stick with the OEM honda fluid?
mostly daily driver with very little track usage in the summer.

If visiting the track even once I would go with Motul.

You only need to reach high temps once to boil the brake fluid.
