i will be using rs machine pistons i have 82mm itr's on eagle b18c rods, b18c crank,jdm type r block, b16 head with itr valves, skunk2 pro series spings, crower titanium retainers and crower stage 3 pistons,spoon two layer head gasket. with these pistons and rods clear the valves

old set-up, je 81.5 11:5:1 high comp pistons, eagle rods, same bottom end,type r head, crower titanium retainers and dual spings, jun stage 4 cams

would be using JE' pistons but EK9GREG took my money and never shipped pistons so beware.

 

whats the question?

 

will these rods and pistons clear the valve with the b16 head instead of the type r head

 

b16 head and typr head are the same minus the dual valve springs and p/p
