I think my mounts are going bad cause my car is kinda shimmyin back and forth when i decel.. kinda harsh.. and i gave it some gas with hood popped and the engine torqued/moved/shaked... didn't stay where it was supposed to

or could they just be loose.. is that kind of thing possible???

Just wondering if these would work instead of buying expensive mounts..(don't have the money right now)

yes they will work. i've fixed quite a few broken mounts with inserts.
