Icon2 Motor Mount Replacement

This may sound like a really stupid question, and for the record I've searched for 3 days..98 civic, turbo d16y8..anyway, on Wednesday I'll be replacing my driver side motor mount(next to ps resovoir and timing belt cover) with a mount we pulled from a yard..When we pulled it we had a really hard time getting one of the bolts off as if there was a nut on the opposite end..once we got it loose we couldn't even tighten it back up, it just kept spinning..we actually had to cut the bolt(with a wood saw nonetheless, it was all we had access to) My question is, was this just bad luck and the bolt was messed up, or is there really a nut or something on the other side. If there is no big deal, we'll cut it off..but I just want to be prepared and have a spare bolt to put back in, Thanks in advance.
