Motor build tolerances

What is the flatness tolerance on the block for a proper head gasket seal? I am running a semi-built LS for boost.

0.10mm = 0.004"

That's what the book says for the LS blocks, new spec is 0.003". VTEC blocks run a thousandth less in tolerance and new specs.
