Default MORE BRAKE PROBLEM

after I put in new rotors and new pads.. this is for the rear. it feels like the brakes are dragging. I tried many things. ebrake disengage. and is really hard to spin the rear wheels turning it hold the stud with the wheels off. i tried cleaning up the caliper pins which they are not sized or anything. and still it feels like at a point. when i turn the wheels.. it catches.. this problem usually occur with warp rotors. but then when I look up from the top after I installed the pads and caliper back in...
the pad on the back side is not flat agaist the rotor. there is a slight gap on the pad near the center of the rotor. so I tried re adjusting the caliper.. and pushing the caplier all the way intowards the center of the rotor before tighten the top and bottom bolt but still doesn't work... is the rear disk suppose to spin very very freely after everything is put on. I even try to loosen the ebrake cable... what should I do..???

yes the rear wheels should spin freely. check your caliper slide bolts and make sure none of them are frozen up.

the slide pins are cleaned. I talked to a tech over the phone and he said it might be my pads.. the top and bottom end might where it goes on the stainless clips are stuck. I put some brake quite on the ends instead of antisize or that other black stuff which won't dry up.. he told me that pads have to go in very easy and smoothly when you install them and they are not going in smooth. I have to kinda push them and wiggle them to get them in place so that might be my problem.. when I lock the brakes the pads will always stay lock and won't move back out from that position. what do you guys thing?

I don't remember on which cars this happened, but...

Once or twice I've had new pads that are just a bit big. They wedge tightly in the caliper, even if I clean up the clips & make sure they're straight & smooth. I had to file the paint off of the pad's backing plate in 1 or 2 places. Just the thickness of the paint was enough to do it.

your caliper could be sticking...

That happened to me in the front... had to get new calipers... then it was fine.
