Has anyone tried to do a moon cut on their valve cover without having em laser cut? If so...what did you use and did it come out clean?

Used a high speed dremel and a carbide cutting wheel. Not the cleanest job, but I only use the valve cover for dyno tuning. Normally run the closed valve cover.

 

i got a funny story. i just gave my friend my polished valvecover to sport, and it's got the cam gears cut out of it. so anyways, 3 days after i give it to him, he was tightening one of the suspension components while his car was warming up and the rachet sliped and he jammed his left index finger in to his camgear and chopped it off at the first knuckle, they sewed it back on all the way around his finger but it still looks pretty nasty, i'll see if he'll let me get a pic!!!
