Default modifying valve cover

I read on here awhile ago where some dude got rid of the dohc vtec on his gsr valve cover to make it look like a ls valve cover. Was thinking of doing the same thing and I was wondering how should I go about doing this and where am I going to find that black wrinkled spray paint thats on the original valve cover? thanks..

Be careful with the grinder...the valve cover is actual pretty soft metal (aluminum). I did that to my valve cover and now I have a gouge(sp??) in it.

i bought a can at napa when i needed to touch up my valve cover after cutting an opening for my cam gears. doesnt look as good as the factory paint. i think its to glossy. so i sprayed flat black over top after wrinkle paint dried. looked good then.
