The shop I am having install my Jackson racing supercharger recommends that I switch to Mobil 1 ATF in my 98 CR-V auto. We are already putting a transmission cooler on it.

I had always read that you should never put other than Honda ATF in a Honda AT, and that is all I have ever used. Anyone have any suggestions or ever used Mobil 1 ATF?

 

i actually a 2000 crv 4wd that is using the redline synthetic atf fluid and it is a dream. The car has been supercharged for about 80,000 miles and been beaten and used every mile and still running strong, also has a cooler too.

 

Thanks for the info. What are your overall impresions of your supercharged V? Also, what if any other mods have you made to it.

 

it wouldn't let me pm you back, but the car has boost upgrade to 8 pounds, jr boost timing controller, intake, header, exhaust

 

the car runs great every time i get on it, the tranny doesn't hesitate at all, it just goes hard.
